By using Aurora you agree to these terms. They're short on purpose.

What Aurora is

Aurora is a Bible AI app. You tell it what's weighing on you, and it finds a scripture passage and applies it to your situation using Claude (an AI model by Anthropic). It also lets you save verses and write reflections in a private journal stored on your device.

What Aurora is not

Aurora is not a substitute for pastoral care, medical advice, mental health treatment, or human connection. The AI is helpful but imperfect. For important decisions, please talk to a real person. If you are in crisis or danger, call or text 988 (US) for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, or call your local emergency number.

Your responsibilities

Use Aurora for your own personal reflection. Don't abuse the API — no bulk scraping, automated attacks, or jailbreak attempts. Don't share your access in ways that violate Anthropic's usage policies.

What we offer

Aurora is provided "as is." We try hard to make it good, but we can't promise it'll always be available, accurate, or fit your purpose. The AI can hallucinate or misapply scripture. Treat its suggestions as a starting point, not the final word.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any decisions you make based on Aurora's output, or for any loss, damage, or harm arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, you'll see an in-app notice before the changes take effect.
